Local Authorities and Schools

Meta School of Excellence collaborate with Local Authorities and Schools to assist young people who are facing various challenges such as low attendance, mental health conditions, physical health conditions, unmet special educational needs, and vulnerable young people. Our services are available to pupils with or without an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).

As an Online school that is delivering its curriculum based on a running of bricks and mortars school that is Ofsted accredited, Meta School of Excellence offers full-time and part-time education for students in Year 3 to Year 11, following the English National Curriculum. Our students have the option to obtain International GCSEs as qualifications.

Our flexible timetables cater to a range of academic subjects, and we provide English as an Additional Language (EAL) support and health and wellbeing classes to meet each student's needs and other commitments.

We conduct live online classes in a safe and uninterrupted digital classroom, and all lessons are recorded for safeguarding, revision, and catch-up purposes. Our online system records each student's academic progress and attendance, which are reported to relevant parties. We also offer counselling, extra-curricular activities, school community involvement, and transition support to each student.

Short Term Program

Meta School of Excellence provides assistance to children and adolescents who encounter temporary obstacles in their access to education. • Have experienced bullying

  • Are at risk of permanent expulsion

  • Suffer from anxiety and/or mental health conditions

  • Encounter physical challenges due to health conditions or injuries, which make attending physical schools difficult

If you require further information on whether our Short Term Program would be appropriate for the individual you are supporting, please schedule a call with our admissions team.

Long Term Program

Meta School of Excellence provides continuous educational programs, both full-time and part-time, for children who are experiencing prolonged challenges that hinder their ability to engage in their education.

Part-time:

We offer a flexible and personalised support package for students with chronic low attendance. Our online education supplements their in-person learning, and can be tailored to fit around their school schedule and other educational provisions. Our online schooling can also be utilised alongside other alternative in-person programs, creating a balanced and blended learning approach as needed.
